Power transformers, three-phase, double-winding, with an oil conservator and natural oil cooling. The conservator, mounted on the tank lid, has a ventilation opening connected through an air dryer. The oil pressure inside the transformer remains constant and does not depend on temperature.
TSL and TSZL series three-phase, dry-type, two-winding cast-resin transformers designed for power conversion applications.
Continuous duty operation. Ambient temperature range: −45 to +40 °C. Relative humidity: up to 80% at +25 °C. Rated frequency: 50 Hz.
Vector group: Y/Yn-0 or Y/Yn-11. Degree of protection: IP21 in accordance with GOST 14254.
TSZ series three-phase dry-type, two-winding transformers designed for power conversion applications.
Continuous duty operation. Ambient temperature range: −45 to +40 °C. Rated frequency: 50 Hz.
Vector group: Y/Yn-0 or D/Yn-11. Degree of protection: IP00 (IP21, IP31) in accordance with GOST 14254.
ONDCE-4350/25K-U2 type traction transformer designed for freight electric locomotives ES5K, 2ES5K, 3ES5K and 4ES5K operating on AC electrified railways (25 kV, 50 Hz).
The transformer converts overhead contact line voltage into supply voltages for traction motors, excitation windings and auxiliary systems of the locomotive. It also supports reverse (inverting) operation, enabling energy conversion from traction motors back to the contact line, as well as supplying excitation and auxiliary circuits.
The transformer is designed for use on mainline passenger electric locomotives for conversion of overhead contact line voltage into traction motor circuits, excitation systems, auxiliary services (heating and onboard power supply), and for reverse energy conversion from traction motors back to the contact line.
Oil circulation is provided by an electric pump. The pump is mounted on the transformer and supplied as a complete assembly.
Climatic category U, installation type 2 in accordance with GOST 15150 and GOST 15543.1.
The transformer is designed for voltage conversion in traction motor circuits and auxiliary systems of the unit.
Oil circulation is provided by a 1TT 63/10-U2 electric pump (TU 3631-005-00220150-2006), with cooling sections air-cooled. The pump is mounted on the transformer and supplied as a complete assembly.
The transformer complies with Ts 00212908-14:2018 requirements.
Transformers type ODCE-2000/25P-U1; ODCER-1600/25P-U1
The single-phase traction transformer is designed to convert the voltage of the contact network into the voltage required for the traction motor circuits and auxiliary systems of AC electric trains operating at 25 kV for suburban and local services.
Oil circulation is provided by an electric pump. The electric pump is mounted on the transformer and supplied as a complete assembly with the transformer.
Climatic version — У, placement category — 1, according to ГОСТ 15150 and ГОСТ 15543.1.
Explosion-proof complete transformer substation, type KTPV
Explosion-proof complete transformer substations KTPV, with rated power from 100 to 630 kVA, are designed to supply three-phase AC power to electrical equipment installed in underground workings hazardous due to gas and dust, as well as to provide leakage-current protection and maximum current protection of low-voltage lines. The substation is equipped with transformers of the ТСВ type.
The power transformer is assembled on a core-type magnetic circuit made of cold-rolled electrical steel with low specific losses.
The magnetic core of the power transformer is three-phase, core-type, manufactured using “Step-Lap” technology from cold-rolled grain-oriented electrical steel. The lamination stacking is performed in five sheets. The transformer windings are made of copper wire with heat-resistant insulation. Insulation type — aramid paper “prepreg” or “Nomex”. Winding type — multilayer cylindrical.
The ВН winding has tappings that allow adjusting the transformation ratio within ±5%, brought out to an insulation panel.
Components and operating principle of the substation:
The substation consists of a power transformer compartment, high-voltage switchgear (РУВН), low-voltage switchgear (РУНН), and a wheel assembly (optional).
By switching on the RUV disconnector, the primary voltage is fed to the power transformer compartment. The power transformer converts the voltage of electric energy and transfers it to the РУНН. In the РУНН, the voltage is distributed and supplied to consumers.
ZNOM type single-phase oil-immersed voltage transformers with natural cooling are measuring transformers designed to generate metering signals for electrical instruments, protection and signalling circuits in AC systems with isolated neutral at 50/60 Hz.
Suitable for indoor and outdoor installation in temperate climatic conditions, at altitudes up to 1000 m above sea level. Continuous duty operation. Ambient temperature range: −45 to +40 °C.
Oil-immersed current transformers for measurement are designed to convert and transmit measuring signals to metering, protection, automation, signalling and control devices in AC systems at industrial frequency.
Suitable for use in 110 and 220 kV power networks.

Single-phase, oil-filled ОМ and converter ОМP transformers with natural oil cooling, connected to 50 Hz AC networks, are designed for converting electrical energy in power systems, supplying electrical equipment of railways, and other single-phase electricity consumers.
The transformer complies with Ts 00212908-03:2016; О´zDst requirements.
ОSМ series transformers with power ratings from 0.063 to 4.0 kVA, primary winding voltage from 220 to 660 V, and secondary winding voltage from 12 to 380 V are intended for supplying control circuits, local lighting, signaling, and automation systems.
The transformers comply with the requirements of ГОСТ 19294.
